Privacy Policy and cookies

This website has been created and is curated by me, the artist, Helen Williams. I have used a Wix template and use their services to host it. The website is; www.helenzart2021.com (here after known as 'I', 'me' or 'my') It is purely a collection of colourful intuited paintings that would brighten any wall in your home or office.

A privacy policy is used to set out how any personal information is collected from you.  How it is used and if needed stored.

I do not currently have a shopping facility on this web site so there is no collection of any personal information required such as; your name, address, credit card or payment details to process a purchase, create an invoice or arrange delivery, nor is there any third party involvement to enable that.

Any information such as name and e-mail is gathered by your consent by your contacting me. This will be securely held whilst using any services such as joining an e-mailing list so you can receive occassional updates on new works or offers available.  You can unsubscribe at any time through contact with me directly.

I reserve the right to alter this at any time and this privacy policy will be updated to reflect any changes that are put into effect.

A cookie is a small text file placed on to your computer harddrive when you visit a website.
