SERVICES
I don't currently use an online shop facility as I prefer to offer the more personal touch. Not only as a way of getting to know people but because there are a number of variables to consider.

Payment by bank transfer is preferable, Though other methods may be considered. I do not currently run a paypal account.
Hanging
Any painting you purchase will require a means of hanging. In general I will have already attached rings and a wire . These are sited afew centimeters below the wooden stretchers so the painting will hang relatively flush to the wall.
Frames
Some paintings may already have a frame, this may be because it has been hung in my own home or for display purposes elsewhere. These frames are made by me and I am not a professional at it, they have been created for an intuited feel and look. This can be purchased along with the painting at an additional cost. This will add weight to any item so will needed to be reflected in any postage costs.
Postage
All efforts will be taken to get the painting to you in a timely and secure way. Here on the British mainland that will likely be by Royal Mail but may vary. Any overseas postage will be by arrangement and at rates current at the time.
Should you be local to me you would be welcome to collect or for me to deliver it by arrangement.
Commissions
Do you have a small, odd sized space that needs a little something? Even a large sized space in an office or reception area that would benefit from a bespoke hand creafted image. I am happy to discuss possibilities with you. When terms are agreed a 50% non returnable deposit will be required upfront. Updates will be given during the commission and up to 3 amendments allowed during the process.
Prints
With the acrylic paintings I create there is a layering of elements and paint that give a certain feel and That doesn't translate well to printed images. Should there be a demand then it would be considered. Certainly for the water colour images it could be done by arrangement.
Returns
I offer a 14 day return option. If you are not happy with your painting when it arrives, whether its not as you expected, or is damaged then contact me immediately using my e-mail or mobile no. Arrangements will then be made for its return, in its original packaging where possible. A full refund will be given on its return. The exception to this is if it is a commissioned piece as there will have been a non refundable deposit paid.
